About

A practice, not a brand.

Cognivale is an independent digital adoption consultancy. We design, build and govern WalkMe and Whatfix deployments across SAP and Salesforce estates — and we would rather be judged on a solution built in front of you than on a page about ourselves.

Why this site looks the way it does

You should be evaluating the work, not the biography.

Most consultancy websites lead with people: founder photographs, years of experience, a wall of client logos. We have taken a different approach deliberately, and it is worth explaining rather than leaving you to wonder.

Digital adoption work happens inside a client's live systems. The deployments that would genuinely demonstrate competence — the multi-system account with the difficult identification problem, the ActionBot wired into an HR backend — are exactly the ones covered by confidentiality. A firm that publishes them in detail is either showing you a marketing artefact or something their client should not have agreed to.

So we substitute demonstration for biography. Every engagement begins with a working proof of concept, built on your own environment, at no cost. Not a slide deck and not a recording of someone else's system — a real solution on your real screens, with a walkthrough of how it was built and why it was built that way. That is a far better test of whether we know what we are doing than anything we could write here.

How we work

Four commitments.

01

Independent of both vendors

We hold practitioner certifications in WalkMe and Whatfix and a reseller agreement with neither. No referral fee reaches us whichever platform you choose, which is the only condition under which selection advice is worth taking.

02

The work is shown before it is sold

Every engagement starts with a working proof of concept built on your own environment, free. You evaluate the build rather than the pitch. It is a slower way to sell and a far more honest one.

03

Built to be handed over

Naming conventions, versioning, technical review and a documented solution design from week one. The measure of the engagement is whether your team can run the account after we leave — not how long you need us.

04

Small, and staying that way

You work with the person doing the building. There is no account manager between you and the person who understands why the segmentation is designed the way it is.

Independence

Certified in both. Reseller of neither.

This distinction matters more than it sounds. Most firms offering digital adoption services are platform partners, earning margin or referral fees on the licence. That is a legitimate business model, but it means their platform recommendation is not free of interest — and platform selection is the decision with the longest consequences on the whole programme.

We hold no commercial relationship with either vendor. If your estate suits Whatfix better, we will say so, and it costs us nothing to say it.

FAQ

What people ask before getting in touch

Why are there no names or photographs on this site?

Because in this field the biography is a poor guide to the work. Digital adoption engagements sit inside client systems under confidentiality terms, so the deployments that would actually demonstrate competence are precisely the ones that cannot be published. Rather than substitute headshots and job titles for evidence, we show working solutions: a proof of concept built on your own environment, before any commitment. You can evaluate that directly.

Can I see case studies or client references?

Not published ones. Digital adoption work runs inside a client's live systems — screenshots reveal their processes, their data structures and often their commercial arrangements. Firms that publish detailed DAP case studies are usually showing you either a sanitised marketing asset or something a client should not have permitted. We would rather build you something real on your own screens and let you judge from that.

Who will I actually be working with?

The person who builds your solution. Engagements are run by a certified practitioner working directly with your team — not scoped by one person, delivered by another and handed to a third. If an engagement ever needs more capacity than that, we will tell you before it starts rather than quietly staffing it.

How do I know you're qualified?

Three ways, all verifiable without a CV. The certifications listed on this site are issued by WalkMe and Whatfix and can be confirmed with them. The technical detail across these pages — injection method selection, cross-domain identification, segmentation design — is the kind that only comes from having got it wrong at least once. And the proof of concept is built on your system, in front of you.

Where are you based, and which timezones do you cover?

We work with clients worldwide and run engagements remotely, which is how DAP work is delivered in practice anyway — the build happens in a browser against your environment. Meetings are scheduled to your working hours. Tell us your timezone when you get in touch.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope, and we would rather quote accurately than publish a number that is wrong for you. Advisory work — platform selection, a health check, governance design — is typically a fixed fee against a defined deliverable. Build and managed service work is usually a monthly retainer. The proof of concept that precedes either is free.

Bring us a system that isn't being used.

Send us the application and the problem. We'll build a working proof of concept on your real screens and walk you through how it was built. No charge, no obligation.
