These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern consulting engagements, which are covered by a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.

Nothing here is a contract for services

The pages on this site describe capability. They are not an offer, and nothing on them creates an obligation on either side. Any engagement is defined in its own agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

Information is general, not advice

Articles and guidance published here are written in general terms. Digital adoption decisions depend heavily on your specific estate, your users and your constraints — do not treat anything here as a recommendation for your situation without checking that it applies. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of a published page.

Third-party names

WalkMe, Whatfix, SAP, Salesforce and other product names are the trademarks of their respective owners, used here descriptively to identify the platforms we work on. Cognivale is an independent consultancy and is not a partner, reseller or agent of any of them, and holds no commercial relationship with any vendor named on this site.

The writing, diagrams and interactive demonstrations on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote from them with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial portions as your own is not permitted.
